Spyder 'Liquid ECG' system: A digital, data-fluid, direct patient to database system for improved remote patient care.

WEB offers the Spyder ECG platform, the worlds first direct patient to database ECG system that transcends huge distances, improving patient accessibility, data connectivity and physician reactivity for Cardiac Rhythm Management.

The system is exponentially scalable with mainly a digital footprint, and clinically proven as an extended Holter ( up to 30 days continuously ) for diagnosis of infrequent, often asymptomatic but sometimes dangerous cardiac arrhythmias such as Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, which increases the risk of stroke.

The system can also be used for post discharge cardiac rhythm monitoring in high risk individuals including those post heart attacks, post cardiac surgery or post stroke individuals in the fully remote setting. The system has also been used for home based cardiac rehab and physiotherapy rhythm monitoring in at risk individuals.

The data fluid system allows health care individuals to view immediately any streamed ECG data from a web-based interface on a tablet PC. Doctor Spyder also allows health care providers to generate a full report on the fly without the need of monitored individuals to physically return the Spyder device.

The system is Medically CE marked and regulated and approved by HSA ( Health Sciences Authority ) of Singapore for remote ECG and Holter Monitoring indications.

Spyder ECG database currently has greater than 11,000 individual sessions with a mean continuous average monitoring period of 4 days.

The quality and quantity of Individual Data, and Population Data, make the Spyder ECG platform fully AI-Ready to be used for individual and population analysis for prediction of high risk arrhythmias in the near future.
