Kap Code is a startup, from CRO Kappa Health, specializing in medical analysis of social networks and participates in its scale in a better taking into account of the patient's voice on a daily basis.
There are more than 4.6 billion users active on social networks and, among them, many people share information on their health. On social networks and online discussion forums, Internet users spontaneously express themselves on the experience of a pathology, the care path, the impacts on the quality of life or the perception of treatments. In this context, the medical analysis of social networks appears as an innovative and essential source in taking into account patient experience and the identification of health disinformation.
To analyze these real life data and provide new insights to health players, we have created Detec't, a tool for Social Media Listening MEDICAL based on artificial intelligence and text mining methods.

Permettre la prise en compte de la voix du patient au quotidien
Kap Code est une startup, issue de la CRO Kappa Santé, spécialisée en analyse médicale des réseaux sociaux et participe à son échelle à une meilleure prise en compte de la voix du patient au quotidien.
Il y a plus de 4,6 milliards d'utilisateurs actifs sur les réseaux sociaux et, parmi eux, nombreux partagent des informations sur leur santé. Sur les réseaux sociaux et les forums de discussions en ligne, les internautes s’expriment spontanément sur le vécu d’une pathologie, le parcours de soins, les impacts sur la qualité de vie ou encore la perception des traitements. Dans ce cadre, l’analyse médicale des réseaux sociaux apparait comme une source innovante et incontournable dans la prise en compte de l’expérience patient et l’identification de la désinformation en santé.
Pour analyser ces données de vie réelle et apporter de nouveaux insights aux acteurs de santé, nous avons créé Detec't, un outil de medical social media listening basé sur des méthodes d'intelligence artificielle et de text mining.
