The LDigital association is a collective intended to promote the place of women in the digital sector in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.
Composed of associations, companies, actors and actresses of the digital ecosystem, the collective is open to all.

Out of 10 jobs created in France in 2015, 8 have a close link with digital. However, women only represent 27% of this economy compared to 48% for the rest of the economy (according to Syntec Numérique) and 8% are at the head of innovative companies while they represent 56% of higher education graduates.
This disparity, even if it tends to decrease, remains too great.
With the desire to unite the players of the region's digital ecosystem in favor of diversity, we wish to raise awareness and support women in digital professions.

L'association LDigital est un collectif destiné à favoriser la place des femmes dans la filière numérique de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.
Composée d'associations, d'entreprises, d'acteurs et d'actrices de l'écosystème numérique, le collectif est ouvert à toutes et à tous.

Sur 10 métiers créés en France en 2015, 8 ont un lien étroit avec le numérique. Cependant, les femmes ne représentent que 27% de cette économie contre 48% pour le reste de l'économie (selon le Syntec Numérique) et 8% sont à la tête d'entreprises innovantes alors qu'elles représentent 56% des diplômé-e-s du supérieur.
Cette disparité, même si elle tend à diminuer, reste trop importante.
Avec la volonté de fédérer les acteurs de l'éco-système numérique de la région en faveur de la mixité, nous souhaitons sensibiliser et accompagner les femmes aux métiers du numérique.
