Pro Bono Lab is the specialist in commitment through skills sharing (volunteering/skills sponsorship). Throughout France, as in 30 other countries around the world via the Global Pro Bono Network, we carry this conviction that "all skills are a public good", the same one that motivated the creation of the association by our co-founders in 2011.
We enable major societal causes to develop sustainably by bringing together for each of them, the skills that committed women and men are able to offer them for free, on a pro bono basis.
Our ambition? That each of these causes has access to the skills it needs to achieve its goals and can generate the greatest social impact.
Through our major general interest programs, our experimental work, our prospective club, our consulting and training activities or through our advocacy actions, the Lab team is gradually putting, with optimism and audacity, all the stakeholders of our society in #probono mode.

We thus bring together, wherever we are established, the skills of the employees of 80 partner companies and those of 5,000 volunteers (students, job seekers, people in retraining, retirees, etc.) through comprehensive civic engagement programs, to put them at the service of these causes. Co-constructed with the actors of our anchor territories (companies, communities, schools, other actors of the ESS, etc.), these formats of engagement through skills are inspired by the new logics of open innovation and collective intelligence methodologies.

Pro Bono Lab est le spécialiste de l’engagement par le partage de compétences (bénévolat/mécénat de compétences). Partout en France, comme dans 30 autres pays du monde via le Global Pro Bono Network, nous portons cette conviction que « toute compétence est un bien public », celle-là même qui dès 2011 avait motivé la création de l’association par nos cofondateurs.
Nous permettons aux grandes causes sociétales de se développer durablement en réunissant pour chacune d’entre elles, les compétences que des femmes et des hommes engagés sont en capacité de leur offrir gratuitement, en pro bono.
Notre ambition ? Que chacune de ces causes ait accès aux compétences dont elle a besoin pour se réaliser et puisse générer le plus vaste impact social.
Par nos grands programmes d’intérêt général, nos travaux d’expérimentation, notre club de prospective, nos activités de conseil et de formation ou via nos actions de plaidoyer, l’équipe du Lab met progressivement, avec optimisme et audace, toutes les parties prenantes de notre société en mode #probono.

Nous fédérons ainsi, partout où nous sommes implantés, les compétences des collaborateurs de 80 entreprises partenaires et celles de 5 000 volontaires (étudiants, demandeurs d’emploi, personnes en reconversion, retraités, etc.) à travers des parcours d’engagement citoyen complets, pour les mettre au service de ces causes. Co-construits avec les acteurs de nos territoires d’ancrage (entreprises, collectivités, écoles, autres acteurs de l’ESS, etc.), ces formats d’engagement par la compétence s’inspirent des nouvelles logiques d’open-innovation et méthodologies d’intelligence collective.
