We run workshops which are designed to help you get your business idea ready to launch.
Each week you will be given a challenge to complete which will bring you one step closer to bringing your business idea to life.

There will be a limited number of people in the workshop so you will have the opportunity to report back on your progress and receive feedback, ideas on your next steps and support from the group and from me each week. You will also have a buddy to help keep you on track.
At the completion of the workshop you will have an action plan which you will have written yourself. Your business will be ready to launch.

A little about us:
Susan Jones holds a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University.She is presently a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University and has successful run a small business in the past. She has helped many business people write successful business plans and has won international business plan competitions. Her strength is strategic thinking and asking the important questions. She loves to travel to developing countries and share her skills.
