Chicago-based ImBlackInTech supports, celebrates and educates our membership base of Black and Latinx founders of emerging tech startups and professionals, which spans 40+ states and 11 countries. The founders in our membership network have raised + generated over $415MM in their startups.

Rooted in design thinking and transformational leadership principles, ImBlackInTech’s methodology centers around crowd-sourcing measurable solutions to critical business or career challenges for members, through inclusive collaboration. We focus on founder development for entrepreneurs and career advancement for professionals through our unique event series based training curriculums, along with developing effective teams through deliberate goal setting, a focus on intrapreneurship, and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset.
