In the spirit of ideas change everything, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At our TEDxDresden event, speakers will come together to spark deep discussions and connections.

Our team's work is voluntary and driven by passion for the community. Our backgrounds are as diverse as the ideas we want to spread: medicine, engineering, international relations, psychology, IT, physics and music.

At the heart of our work we want our audience to understand and reflect the aspects of the future that we'll be challenged with. We like to build bridges between different worlds regarding sciences, technologies, lives, cultures, and economies. The aim is to create lasting connections, surprise the audience, and let them gain a deeper understanding on how enriching walking over bridges can be.
