La Federación Española de Párkinson (FEP), es una organización sin ánimo de lucro, declarada de utilidad pública que fue constituida en noviembre de 1996. En la actualidad, la FEP cuenta con 44 asociaciones, repartidas por España y aglutinando así más de 12.000 asociados.
El principal objetivo de la FEP y la base de nuestra filosofía de trabajo es mejorar la calidad de vida de los afectados por la enfermedad de Parkinson y sus familias.
Para llegar a cumplir este objetivo la FEP trabaja desde diferentes proyectos que abarcan toda la problemática que envuelve a los afectados.
Contamos con proyectos relacionados con la investigación, con la formación e información, con la vertiente lúdica, con el medio y la naturaleza, con la rehabilitación, con el apoyo al familiar...Todos los proyectos llegan finalmente a mejorar la vida del afectado ya sea a través de potenciar a los investigadores, formando a los cuidadores, ofreciendo a los afectados terapias vinculadas al arte que ofrecen herramientas para seguir luchando con ilusión, vinculado las terapias y la familia a la naturaleza con proyectos de reforestación...
