With almost 30 years of experience, HUR offers premium-quality pneumatic strength training solutions, coupled with smart technology...in short, we promote the idea of maintaining, or (re)developing Lifelong Strength.

For example, 46% of those over 80 years old can't lift more than 5 kg. which impacts detrimentally on their ability to perform everyday activities effectively and with energy, to maintain their balance, and to live independently...yet this is not inevitable. Studies show that one of the most important factors in staying healthy and independent is to have good muscular condition...and this is reflected now in most health guidelines.

Our belief is that we are entitled to live a healthy and independent life, for as long as possible. Obesity, diabetes, depression, cardiac disease, and dementia provide enormous health challenges, but we need to confront these in new and proactive ways, to ensure our happiness, and reduce the strain on the public purse .
