12 deportistas y ex deportistas de élite conforman el equipo de Trainers Paralímpicos. Son medallistas en los Juegos Paralímpicos, campeones del mundo y continentales, pero más allá de eso son personas que han alcanzado la excelencia y todos sus retos al superar las dificultades y adversidades del camino.
Su misión es trasladar los valores y aprendizajes del alto rendimiento deportivo a empresas, instituciones, entidades y todo tipo de colectivos para romper con los estereotipos de la discapacidad y enseñarle al mundo que todos podemos alcanzar nuestros objetivos y superar nuestras barreras.
Trainers Paralímpicos nace de la iniciativa del Plan ADOP Empleo Proad y está apoyado y avalado por la Fundación ONCE, el Comité Paralímpico Español, ILUNION y el Consejo Superior de deportes.
