Boom Chicago is a creative organization that creates live comedy shows, television productions and formats, tailored programs and videos for corporate events and campaigns all over the world.

Boom Chicago’s comedy shows are a fast-paced mix of sharp sketches, quick improvisation, video, music and social media. We perform nightly attracting a mix of internationally-minded locals, smarter tourists and international expats.

Boom Chicago is also a leader in shows and improvisation trainings on location for companies. This goes further than entertainment. Humor is an essential tool to communicate messages with passion and energy and Boom Chicago is now often brought in for strategic sessions. We produce more than 200 special programs a year for clients all over Europe and beyond. We also host and speak at technology and ideas events like TED, Picnic and NEXT and at many international conferences.

You can see our live comedy shows in our venue on the Rozengracht in Amsterdam’s Jordaan district. This modern, state of the art location is one of Amsterdam’s finest venues. The theater boasts a capacity of 350 seats around small, round tables (including a balcony). The bar is spread over three levels and is lit through the original stained windows from 1913. The bar holds 250 people.
