BRIDGEGOOD is an award-winning 501(c)(3) organization that believes in the power of creativity to make positive change. They have supported 15,000+ talented Creatives in fields including User Experience (UX) design, focusing especially on women and students of color. Their goal is to empower these job seekers, particularly those who are first-generation college students aged 18 to 34, to become leaders in design and their communities.

By offering resources and training in areas like UX, UI, Product, and Visual Design, BRIDGEGOOD helps these students explore careers in technology and secure meaningful jobs in design. Their efforts not only benefit the students themselves but also contribute to diverse local economies. So far, they've made a significant impact, touching the lives of over 15,000 students, businesses, and organizations in Northern California. This has led to a boost of $12.8 million in the economy, creating opportunities for employment and economic mobility in the 21st century.
