We’ve spent more than 16 years building a safe online community for members to take control, get support, and feel better.

People come to Togetherall for support with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing issues – from anxiety, depression, loneliness, isolation, and stress, to relationship problems, and other life challenges. The safety of our members and clinical rigour is at the core of what we do, and we have a network of licensed mental health practitioners providing 24/7/365 support around the world.
