"ICT Net" cluster is an association of enterprises and individuals who see their interest in the development of the Information and Communication Technologies sector in Serbia. The cluster was established in 2010 by merging two existing clusters in Serbia – Serbian Software Cluster and Embedded.rs.

The new cluster is not only a result of a mere alliance of two existing clusters aiming at ensuring better opportunities for their member companies, it also represents a change in the organisational concept. The cluster is conceived as an open organization, without any obstacles to membership, which guarantees its member companies a transparent framework for efficient fulfillment of their interests.
