La moitié d'entre eux sont salariés d'une entreprise. L'entreprise a donc un vrai enjeu à accompagner cette population (1 salarié sur 5).
Nous avons donc décidé de créer elpyoo, la plateforme digitale permettant aux entreprises d'accompagner au mieux leurs salariés aidants en proposant un ensemble de solutions qui répondent à leurs différents besoins: information, organisation, répit et lien social.
Notre ambition : accompagner les entreprises et soulager les salariés aidants, en leur proposant un « guichet unique » personnalisé en fonction de leur situation.
