Le président d'honneur de l'association n'est autre que le Professeur Jean-Jacques Kiladjian, hématologue à l’Hôpital Saint-Louis, le parrain de l'association, le comédien Alexis Desseaux et la marraine, la journaliste Nathalie Saint Cricq.
