Poverty is a problem that affects all of Quebec. Mrs. Louise Boisvert (founder) contributed donations to several organizations in her region. But, after careful consideration, she decided to take all her donations and invest them in building a garden. Thus, it would be more profitable to make a garden whose seeds could be reused and thus help even more the disadvantaged people of her region with less.

As a result, the idea of creating an organization called Les Jardins du Cœur appeared in the founder's mind. Indeed, she said to herself that her fellow citizens could also make a garden at home in order to help feed the less fortunate in society or by contributing through the purchase of bags.
When the organization was created, Ms. Louise Boisvert collected funds from merchants in her region to finance the manufacture of bags bearing the organization's logo. This source of funding partly allowed the construction of a greenhouse (photo below). Thus, once again, doing more with less.
Also, in the summer of 2016, Ms. Louise Boisvert set up at the Victoriaville Agricultural Exhibition. Thanks to the generous purchases of bags and participation in the draw for one of our bags. We managed to raise $539.50 at the Agricultural Exhibition.

La pauvreté est un problème qui affecte le Québec tout entier. Madame Louise Boisvert (fondatrice) contribuait en dons à plusieurs organismes de sa région. Mais, après mure réflexion, elle décida de prendre tous ses dons et l’investir dans l’édification d’un jardin. Ainsi, il serait plus rentable de faire un jardin dont les semences pourraient être réutilisés et ainsi aider encore plus les gens démunis de sa région avec moins.

En conséquence, l’idée de créer un organisme nommé Les Jardins du Cœur apparu dans l’esprit de la fondatrice. En effet, elle se dit que ses concitoyens pourraient également se faire un jardin chez eux afin d’aider à nourrir les moins nantis de la société ou encore en contribuant via l’achat de sac.
À la création de l’organisme, Mme. Louise Boisvert ramassa des fonds chez les commerçants de sa région afin de financer la fabrication de sac à l’effigie de l’organisme. Cette source de financement à permis en partie la construction d’une serre(photo ci-dessous). Ainsi, encore un fois, de faire plus avec moins.
Également, dans la période estivale de 2016, Mme. Louise Boisvert s’installa à l’Exposition Agricole de Victoriaville. Grâce aux généreux achats de sac et participations au tirage d’un de nos sacs. Nous avons réussis à amasser 539.50$ lors de l’Exposition Agricole.
