You Talk. We Listen. Together We Do.

CCHA was established in 1996 and is a Cooperative and Community Benefit Society with charitable status. We are passionate about working with tenants to enrich their communities, and transforming neighbourhoods into spaces where people want to live, work, and thrive. We are a non-profit organisation that is registered and supervised by the Welsh Government and the Financial Services Authority.

We provide a comprehensive service for a wide range of people in need of good quality, secure and affordable housing. We cater for single people, families, the elderly and those with particular needs, such as physical disabilities and learning difficulties. Most of our housing is for rent, although we also offer low cost home ownership opportunities. Our homes are available to those on low or modest incomes.
