Valore D is the first business association that promotes gender balance and an inclusive culture for the growth of companies and the country. The valorization of gender diversity, but also of different generations and cultures, represents a factor of innovation, competitiveness and therefore growth. Valore D uses an integrated and results-oriented approach, providing its members with concrete tools and specific indicators to monitor and increase the degree of inclusion of diversity within its organization.
Valore D is a constantly growing network: born in 2009 from the common commitment of twelve virtuous companies – AstraZeneca, Enel, General Electric, Johnson&Johnson, IKEA, Intesa Sanpaolo, Luxottica, McKinsey & Co, Microsoft, Standard&Poor’s, UniCredit and Vodafone – today it has more than 370 associated companies that, at an aggregate level in Italy, represent over one and a half million employees. Thanks to the many experiences gained by its member companies and to a constant and constructive dialogue with the institutions, Valore D with its programs and projects supports companies in obtaining concrete and measurable results. From a survey conducted by Valore D in 2018 among its member companies, it emerges that 77% of the companies believe that Valore D has contributed to making diversity and inclusion a strategic theme for the company”. In addition to the offer for its members, Valore D is a network for sharing know-how and a place for discussion between companies and with the institutions so that gender balance, cultural and generational diversity fuel innovation and competitiveness to promote the growth of companies and the country.
