🏠 LOGER dans de vrais appartements, achetés par l'association.
🧱 ACCOMPAGNER durablement pour aider la personne à résoudre ses problématiques et à construire son nouveau projet de vie.
🫶 TISSER DES LIENS : boire un café, partager un repas, aller à un concert... Des activités simples, mais essentielles, pour sortir de l'exclusion.
