We built Moonstar to solve our own pain point of managing and engaging over 1,500 employees when our Founder ran as CEO two hospitality companies. We initially tested all our ideas in house and talked to hundreds of other CEOs to refine the main features that help retailers grow and their employees feel more connected, more productive and overall happier.
