We are a boutique litigation firm focused exclusively on representing clients in Turkish law-related complex commercial litigation and criminal proceedings. We have broad experience representing individual and institutional clients in complex, highly contested civil and criminal cases. We also have extensive experience conducting internal investigations for multinational clients seeking to manage and resolve liability under criminal and regulatory regimes.

We are conflict-free and represent plaintiffs and defendants, giving us a balanced view from both sides of litigation in a wide range of substantive areas.

We are not a full-service practice. We only practice in the area of disputes and here take special pride in advocating for clients before any level of courts.

Our represented clients include Fortune 500 companies, investment and financial services firms, technology companies, a wide variety of mid-sized companies, and individuals.

Our principal office is in Istanbul. We opened our second office in New York in 2021 and the third office in Washington, DC, in 2023.
