    Oscar makes cities waste-free!
    Oscar's goal is to reduce the residual waste stream, bundle high-quality raw material flows for reuse and increase the liveability of an area by limiting (polluting) transport movements.
    Oscar uses a small and sustainable vehicle to personally collect waste and raw materials from all participants seven days a week. We work with people who are at a distance from the labor market, among others. Waste and raw materials are transported to a hub in the area. At the hub, value streams and residual waste are bundled and, if possible, pressed to be transported from there out of the city to processors who return the raw materials to the production process.

    Het doel van Oscar is de restafvalstroom te reduceren, hoogwaardige grondstoffenstromen te bundelen voor hergebruik en de leefbaarheid van een gebied te vergroten door het beperken van (vervuilende) vervoersbewegingen.
    Met een klein en duurzaam voertuig haalt Oscar zeven dagen per week de afval- en de grondstoffen persoonlijk bij alle deelnemers op. Hierbij werken we onder andere met mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Afval- en grondstoffen worden vervoerd naar een hub in het gebied. Op de hub worden waardestromen en restafval gebundeld en, indien mogelijk, geperst om vanuit daar de stad uit vervoerd te worden naar verwerkers die de grondstoffen terug in het productieproces brengen.
