Our mission is to empower future real estate owners to design and develop smart, sustainable, and easy-to-manage buildings.

In pursuit of our mission, we are developing a self-service platform where people will be able to:
-plan, design, and purchase their dream real estate
-plan their costs transparently and feel safe about their final price
-collectively with future neighbors make decisions about the common spaces and the environment

Our focus, for now, is on multi-storey timber frame mixed-used buildings.

The team has extensive experience in architecture, interior design, and real estate development, however, the core competence lies in understanding finance and IT platform development.

We are connecting the dots between real estate and technology to make the best possible user experience for real estate buyers, investors, and developers.

A platform where the user can design their dream home by themselves is the future for how to bring the best price/value product to the customer.
