Opcommerce is the Alternance-Skills partner of commerce companies, i.e. 20 professional branches. Approved by the State, Opcommerce has 450 employees serving 160,000 member companies, which employ 1.7 million employees.
On a daily basis, Opcommerce teams, present through 13 regional locations, provide local support for the performance of companies and contribute to the professional development of employees, in synergy with employment-training stakeholders in the territories. Opcommerce is also present in four Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM): Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Reunion.
Through the professionalization contract, the apprenticeship contract, but also the Pro-A (Reconversion or promotion through work-study), Opcommerce is a leading player in the development of employment and social promotion. It finances and implements other mechanisms, such as the Skills Development Plan, particularly for VSEs and SMEs, which represent 95% of employers in the trade sector.

L’Opcommerce est le partenaire Alternance-Compétences des entreprises du commerce, soit 20 branches professionnelles. Agréé par l’Etat, l’Opcommerce compte 450 collaborateurs au service de 160 000 entreprises adhérentes, qui emploient 1,7 million de salariés.
Au quotidien les équipes de l'Opcommerce, présentes à travers 13 implantations régionales, accompagnement en proximité la performance des entreprises et contribuent à l’évolution professionnelle des salariés, en synergie avec les acteurs emploi-formation des territoires. L’Opcommerce est également présent dans quatre Départements et Régions d’Outre-Mer (DROM) : Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane, La Réunion.
A travers le contrat de professionnalisation, le contrat d’apprentissage, mais aussi la Pro-A (Reconversion ou promotion par l’alternance), l’Opcommerce est un acteur de premier plan dans le développement de l’emploi et de la promotion sociale. Il finance et met en œuvre d’autres dispositifs, tels que le Plan de développement des compétences, notamment à l’attention des TPE-PME qui représentent 95 % des employeurs du commerce.
