Founded in 1968, ISIG is an independent research institute and think-tank in the field of social sciences.

ISIG designs and carries out integrated research projects, socio-economic analysis and specific consultant work in the following areas: Border studies, Environmental studies and planning, IR and inter-ethnic relations, European integration and enlargement, National security and Environmental safety, and Privacy, Ethics and Data protection.
ISIG is an experienced partner for project making on EU programmes and collaborating with the Council of Europe.

Fondato nel 1968, l'ISIG è un istituto di ricerca indipendente nel campo delle scienze sociali.

ISIG sviluppa e svolge progetti di ricerca integrati, indagini socio-economiche ed offre consulenze specifiche sui seguenti temi: Studi di confine, Studi ambientali e pianificazione, Relazioni Internazionali ed Interetniche, Integrazione Europea ed allargamento, Sicurezza Nazionale ed Ambientale, e su Privacy, Etica e Protezione dei dati.

ISIG è attivo nel campo della progettazione europea (FSE, FESR, Gestione diretta, Tender, Horizon, EACEA, Erasmus, INTERREG) e nella collaborazione attiva con il Consiglio d'Europa.
