Située non loin de l’Étoile, dans le quartier du parc Monceau (XVIIe arrondissement), l’École Hôtelière de Paris – lycée Jean Drouant bénéficie d’un environnement privilégié et de locaux historiques.

L’École Hôtelière de Paris – Lycée des Métiers Jean Drouant dispose d’un self, de deux restaurants d’application, le Julien François qui offre un cuisine gastronomique et l’Atelier Bartholdi qui propose un service de brasserie, d’un Centre de Documentation et d’Information, d’un foyer des élèves et de vastes locaux professionnels (huit cuisines, quatre pâtisseries, des ateliers traiteurs, des plonges avec traitement des déchets etc...).
Une école au label « lycée des Métiers »
Depuis 2004, le lycée a été promu « lycée des Métiers ». Ce label d’excellence, délivré par le ministère de l’Éducation Nationale, reconnaît le panel très complet de formations proposées dans l’établissement et l’ensemble cohérent des métiers auxquels il instruit (formations initiales, continues et par apprentissage).
Le label « Lycée des Métiers » garantit également que l’établissement améliore son insertion géographique et professionnelle en développant des relations étroites avec le monde professionnel et les partenaires locaux
