A website for students to share how they overcame any life struggle with the intent to help others in similar situations

On our social networks, we excel in celebrating the high points in our life: a promotion, a recent project that had phenomenal feedback, an award or esteemed recognition, etc. But, we tend to hide in isolation when we're facing insolvable challenges, struggling with our current situation, or experiencing a negative episode in our lives.

At ReLyfe, we are building a platform that hopes to normalize the discussion around some of the brutal challenges and suffering that all of us experience by empowering individuals to share their vulnerabilities.

We've done this by creating a website with video interviews of people sharing their stories. It could be battling depression, avoiding burn out, dealing with social anxiety, being abused and so forth. The intention is to reiterate to others in similar situations that they are not alone and to destigmatize conversations around mental health in social and professional settings.

It's important to remind ourselves that being vulnerable is okay. Being vulnerable is being human. Let's rehumanize!
