Asterion Ventures is the first venture capital company structured to support impact entrepreneurs from the pre-seed phase, and over the long term.
We finance sustainable innovations likely to cause serial shifts and contribute to the profound transformation of the economic and social system: companies that create new market benchmarks, that establish themselves as leaders in their sector and change the rules of the game, or embark an entire industry towards better practices.
Asterion in short, is:
1) Investments as a lead investor
We invest in around twenty projects per year for tickets from €500,000 to €2.5M in Pre-Seed / Seed on rounds up to €5M as a lead investor.
2) Patient capital over the long term
We act as a reference shareholder over the long term, by maintaining our pro-rata during the A and B series of the investments in our portfolio throughout their value creation
3) A community of seasoned investors
Our more than 700 operating angels are hand-picked and give their time to help our investments accelerate: CEOs of unicorns, serial entrepreneurs, C-Levels of scale-ups, members of the Comex of large groups...
4) Structured support for our investments
We organize workshops (product, pricing, go-to-market), business development introductions, assistance with strategic recruitment as well as for new fundraisings.
5) Training and exchange programs
We have created a “Life After Exit” format to support founders in their post-exit transition, and an immersion program in our daily life as an impact venture capital investor dedicated to the young generations of French entrepreneurial families.

Asterion Ventures est la première société de capital-risque structurée pour accompagner les entrepreneur·es à impact dès la phase de pré-amorçage, et sur le temps long.
Nous finançons les innovations durables susceptibles de provoquer des bascules en série et de contribuer à la mutation du système économique et social en profondeur : les entreprises qui créent de nouveaux référentiels de marché, qui s'imposent comme leaders dans leur secteur et changent les règles du jeu, ou embarquent l'ensemble d'une industrie vers de meilleures pratiques.

Nous organisons des workshops (produit, pricing, go-to-market), des introductions de business development, des aides aux recrutements stratégiques ainsi que pour les nouvelles levées.
