In a country where a diploma makes a job, the Etincelle Network, a pioneering association committed to the integration of young "so-called school dropouts" defined its purpose in 2010: "transform renunciation into motivation & enable each young person to become an entrepreneur of their life"
The Etincelle Network's mission is to train these young people, estimated at around 100,000 each year in France, who leave the school system without a diploma or with low qualifications to become entrepreneurs of their lives, to contribute to their socio-professional integration and to participate in the rapprochement between the world of youth and that of business.
Founded on the initiative of SMEs, large groups and corporate foundations, the Etincelle Network, established in 9 regions, has trained more than 3,500 young people. Our main areas of activity are:
- A global approach to remobilizing young people through different educational paths
- Development of Key Human Skills (soft skills) and professional know-how
- Expertise in educational engineering of learning through play
- A range of engagement opportunities for Managers and employees: skills sponsorship
Our innovative approach to remobilizing young people and discovering the professional world is reflected in different educational paths designed and led by the Etincelle Network:
- SILEX Workshop: Form’Action & professional discoveries - 1⁄2 day
- Training course "Becoming an entrepreneur of your life" (for young people known as "school dropouts" aged 18 to 25
- Training course "Becoming an actor in your career orientation" (for 16-18 year olds who are first-time school dropouts)
- Assessment / Monitoring of young people for 6 months.
All of our training courses aim to allow each young person to:
- Reveal their passions and promote their interests
- Experience training in the business world

Dans un pays où le diplôme fait l’emploi, le Réseau Etincelle, association pionnière engagée en faveur de l’insertion des jeunes « dits décrocheurs » a défini dès 2010 sa raison d’être : « transformer le renoncement en motivation & permettre à chaque jeune de devenir entrepreneur de sa vie »
Le Réseau Etincelle a pour mission d'entraîner ces jeunes, estimés à environ 100.000 chaque année en France, sortis du système scolaire sans diplôme ou avec de faibles qualifications à devenir entrepreneurs de leur vie, de contribuer à leur insertion socio-professionnelle et de participer au rapprochement entre le monde de la jeunesse et celui de l’entreprise.
Fondé à l'initiative de PME, de Grands Groupes et de Fondations d’entreprise, le Réseau Etincelle, implanté sur le territoire de 9 régions, a formé plus de 3500 jeunes. Nos principaux domaines d’activités sont :
- Une approche globale de remobilisation des jeunes à travers différents parcours pédagogiques
-Un développement des Compétence Humaines Clefs (soft skills) et du savoir agir professionnel
- Une expertise en ingénierie pédagogique d'apprentissage par le jeu
- Un panel d’opportunités d'engagements pour les Dirigeants et les collaborateurs : mécénat de compétences
Notre approche innovante de remobilisation des jeunes et de découverte du monde professionnel se traduit en différents parcours pédagogiques conçus et animés par le Réseau Etincelle:
- Atelier SILEX : Form’Action & découvertes professionnelles - 1⁄2 journée
- Parcours de formation "Devenir entrepreneur de sa vie" (à destination des jeunes dits "décrocheurs" de 18 à 25 ans
- Parcours de formation "Devenir acteur de son orientation professionnelle" (à destination des 16-18 ans primo-décrocheurs)
- Bilan / Suivi des jeunes pendant 6 mois.
L’ensemble de nos parcours de formation vise à permettre à chaque jeune de :
- Révéler ses passions et valoriser ses centres d’intérêt
- Vivre une formation dans le monde de l’entreprise
- Etre en mode "réseautage"
