L'Observatoire Régional de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise (ORIE) est une association loi 1901 créée en 1986 à l’initiative du Préfet de la Région Île-de-France et du Président de la Chambre des Promoteurs Constructeurs avec deux objectifs : améliorer la connaissance du marché de l'immobilier d'entreprise et créer un lieu de concertation entre les pouvoirs publics et les professionnels de l'immobilier et de l’aménagement.
L’ORIE est aujourd’hui une instance de réflexion avec l’organisation de groupes de travail dédiés à la réalisation d’études et aussi un réseau d’acteurs réunissant plus de 150 sociétés membres (aménageurs, promoteurs, investisseurs, utilisateurs, conseils, experts, enseignants-chercheurs, Etat et collectivités locales).
En 2016, l’ORIE poursuit ses réflexions sur des thèmes de fond tels que la réversibilité des bâtiments, la fiscalité appliquée à l’immobilier d’entreprise, le développement hôtelier en Ile-de-France, les baux commerciaux, les comparaisons internationales et l’estimation quantitative du parc de bureaux.
