The FTSE Women Leaders Review focuses on increasing women's representation across UK Boards and Leadership positions.

The FTSE Women Leaders Review is the independent, business-led framework supported by Government which sets recommendations to increase the representation of women at board level and in senior leadership positions of FTSE 350 and private companies. The Review builds on the work of the Hampton-Alexander and Davies Reviews which preceded it.

Co-Sponsored by Lloyds Banking Group and KPMG UK, the Review gathers data from the FTSE 350 and 50 of the UK’s private companies on over 27,000 board and leadership roles. It adopts a voluntary data-led approach, encouraging improvement, the sharing of best practice and publishes progress against Women on Boards and Women in Leadership (defined as the Executive Committee and their direct reports) on an annual basis.
