Advancing mental health treatment & reducing mental health stigma around the world through advocacy, research & training

Everything we do is directed at reducing the burden of mental illness globally. We are engaged in pioneering initiatives in education, research and training and advocacy and the arts - and we work with global talent second to none. The Columbia-WHO Center for Global Mental Health, within the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University, is an official World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for capacity building and training in global mental health.
