ART Grand Prix was founded in 1996, under the original name of ASM F3, with Frédéric Vasseur at the helm. Its objective : to develop expertise in the training of young talent so that they could reach the highest level of motorsport.
Renamed ART Grand Prix in 2004, the Burgundy based team will make its mark on the F2, GP2, F3 and GP3 disciplines with 19 Team titles and 19 Driver titles to establish itself as one of the greatest forces in the F1 feeder series.

Philippe succeeded Frédéric Vasseur as President. ART Grand Prix extended its activities in DTM series and World Endurance Championship (LMP1) until getting a podium at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2018.
Since its creation, ART Grand Prix has been built on solid foundations. Precision, performance, flexibility, responsiveness and team spirit are its brand values.
