Diversability® is a social enterprise to elevate disability pride through disability community, visibility, and engaged allyship. We're like the Disability Employee Resource Group (ERG)/Affinity Group that exists outside of a company.

We humanize the disability experience through community/storytelling and facilitate an ongoing conversation around disability as part of the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) conversation.

We serve as an ecosystem builder, connector, and talent incubator.
