The AToP - Association for Professional Tourism - is the representative association of tourism professionals in France. Today we bring together around 30,000 establishments, hoteliers, suppliers, restaurateurs, traders, real estate professionals, with the aim of providing reflection and expertise to develop the tourism of tomorrow. L’AToP - Association pour un Tourisme Professionnel - est l’association représentative des professionnels du tourisme en France. Nous rassemblons aujourd'hui environ 30 000 établissements, hôteliers, fournisseurs, restaurateurs, commerçants, professionnels de l’immobilier, dans le but de fournir une réflexion et une expertise pour développer le tourisme de demain. Notre action se veut proactive et progressiste : nous ne sommes pas un syndicat mais une association qui pointe autant les failles du cadre juridique actuel que les faiblesses de nos propres professions.
L'AToP s'inscrit dans la ligne du Gouvernement en matière de tourisme, celle d’accueillir 110 millions de touristes en 2020. Pour cela, nous avons deux axes de réflexion : Améliorer le cadre général de l’accueil des touristes (transport, accueil, « expérience-client », formation du personnel) et créer le cadre juridique nécessaire à l’émergence d’une concurrence saine et productive entre les établissements de tourisme.
