Concrètement, tous les soirs de la semaine, notre équipe propose gracieusement à nos 80 invité∙e∙s en situation de précarité et d'exclusion sociale un dîner – entrée, plat & dessert –, cuisiné sur place à partir d’invendus alimentaires, dressé avec soin et servi à table par une équipe de bénévoles en or !
Remettre la dignité de la personne, le beau et le bon au centre même des rapports humains constitue l'une des principales motivations du Refettorio Paris et de ses équipes.
