At Joii, we want you to receive the best advice possible, that's why we don't provide medical advice via social media comments or messages but are more than happy to provide this via a free video call on the app with a vet nurse.

The Joii Pet Care app is complementary to all cat and dog policy holders with Animal Friends Insurance. Pet owners can access free video calls with vet nurses and vets and paid for access to behavioural consultants, and products including prescription medication, that can be delivered within 48hours.
