Boardrooms have made progress when it comes to DE+I in the workplace, but more needs to be done. We are here to change that. Through DE+I we are tackling boardroom challenges, such as talent shortages, ESG issues, societal shifts and building a culture of innovation. Our vision is to inspire boardrooms to harness DE+I with an evidence-based and best-practice approach.

Its core areas of focus include raising awareness about DE+I, fostering community dialogue, promoting industry best practices, and showcasing success stories through the TechDiversity Awards.

💡 The TechDiversity Awards, one of its key initiatives, is an annual event that celebrates individuals, businesses, government departments, and educational institutions that have made significant strides in championing diversity in tech workforces across many industry sectors. The awards are designed to highlight DE+I efforts, sparking industry-wide change by celebrating those who have blazed the trail towards a more inclusive tech ecosystem.
