The Indigo Trust supports early stage organisations through flexible grant-making, commissioning research and building partnerships, to address systemic injustices. Our focus areas are Access to Justice, Racial Justice, Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, Visual Impairment and Better Grant-making.

Submission of proposals is currently by invitation only.

We are committed to transparency and accountability and publish information on our grants in our annual reports and to 360Giving.

The Indigo Trust is a UK-based grant making foundation that is part of The Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts (SFCT). SFCT is the operating office of 16 grant-making trusts established by three generations of the Sainsbury family.
