I poteri pubblici rispettano in ogni circostanza l’osservanza della Croce Rossa Italiana ai Principi Fondamentali. La Croce Rossa Italiana è un’associazione di interesse pubblico, posta sotto l’alto Patronato del Presidente della Repubblica.
