La fabrique de l'hospitalité est le laboratoire d'innovation des Hôpitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg. Elle favorise la co-création des usagers de l'hôpital et de nombreux partenaires du territoire afin d'améliorer les conditions de travail des hospitaliers et la prise en soin des patients et de leurs proches. Son action s'articule autour de trois axes :
-l'assistance à maîtrise d'usage en fédérant les usagers autour d'un diagnostic partagé, en permettant une adéquation plus juste entre les besoins et les solutions proposées au service de la fluidification des parcours soignants et patients et en améliorant la durabilité des propositions grâce à l'anticipation de l'évolution des pratiques professionnelles et des attentes des patients et de leur entourage.
-la réalisation de projets pluridisciplinaires afin d'incarner et soutenir une nouvelle organisation et une nouvelle relation patient/personnel hospitalier ainsi qu'améliorer l'attractivité de l'institution en proposant une nouvelle esthétique hospitalière.
