Fondée en Juillet 2017, dans la région de Clermont-Ferrand, CLAC est une conserverie bio qui imagine, développe et fabrique des tartinables apéritifs innovants : les fromagés (mariage d'un légume et d'un fromage : carotte bleu d'Auvergne, Betterave Chèvre...) et les 100% végétaux, caviar de lentilles à l'indienne, houmous de haricots blancs à la provençale).
CLAC ! inscrit son histoire au sein de son triangle d'or #bio #local & #artisanal. Grâce à plus de 40 producteurs locaux partenaires, CLAC propose plus de 70 recettes pour tous les goûts.
Nos produits sont distribués uniquement en points de vente spécialisés (magasins bio, épiceries fines, cavistes...) ainsi que sur notre site internet.
Depuis 2023, une seconde marque a été créée pour la distribution GMS : la Conserverie des Volcans
Nous répondons aussi aux besoins des entreprises, via des coffrets cadeaux ou des privatisations de la Guinguette !
