Premiers de Cordée is a national association recognized as being of general interest. It regularly offers free adapted physical activity for children and/or those with disabilities. Premiers de Cordée also offers disability awareness activities for schools, communities and businesses.

GROUP INITIATIONS:
They are supervised by qualified sports instructors and volunteers from the association.
INDIVIDUALIZED PRACTICE:
Thanks to various systems, children in healthcare establishments can practice regular physical activity, integrated into the care protocol. The activity is supervised by a qualified Adapted Physical Activity teacher
In addition to these recurring events, 3 events complete the program:
* Hospital Sports Week: the association intervenes every day for a week in partner establishments
* Evasion Day: for one day, children from medico-social structures (university hospitals, clinics, IME, etc.) and their families are invited to a sports arena to play sports, discover the places and meet champions.
* Tours: the team crisscrosses the roads of France to meet hospitalized children and practice a physical activity with champions

Premiers de Cordée est une association nationale reconnue d'intérêt général. Elle propose régulièrement et gratuitement de l’activité physique adaptée pour les enfants et/ou en situation de handicap. Premiers de Cordée propose également des actions de sensibilisation au handicap à l'attention des scolaires, des collectivités et des entreprises.
SPORT A L’HÔPITAL
INITIATIONS COLLECTIVES :
Elles sont encadrées par des éducateurs sportifs qualifiés et les bénévoles de l'association.
PRATIQUE INDIVIDUALISÉE :
Grâce à différents dispositifs, les enfants des établissements de soins peuvent pratiquer une activité physique régulière, intégrée au protocole de soins. L’activité est encadrée par un.e enseignant.e en Activité Physique Adaptée diplômé.e
En plus de ces animations récurrentes, 3 évènements complètent le programme :
* La Semaine du Sport à l'Hôpital : l'association intervient tous les jours pendant une semaine au sein des établissements partenaires
* La Journée Evasion : le temps d'une journée, les enfants des structures médico-sociales (CHU, cliniques, IME etc.) et leurs familles sont invités au sein d'une enceinte sportive pour faire du sport, découvrir les lieux et rencontrer des champions.
* Les Tournées : l'équipe sillonne les routes de France pour aller à la rencontre des enfants hospitalisés et pratiquer une activité physique avec des champion.ne.s
SENSIBILISATION AU HANDICAP
* Pour les scolaires : animations handisports "clé en main" ou outils à disposition pour l'organisation d'un Handicross Solidaire
