La Cité a ouvert au public le 22 mars 2005.
Plateforme d'information dans les domaines de l'Orientation, de la reconversion, de la Formation, de l'Emploi et de la Création d'activité, sa mission est de mettre à disposition tous les moyens nécessaires à la réalisation d'un projet professionnel.
