Developed as part of the opening of French legal data, in partnership with DILA, the ETALAB mission, NUMA and OPEN World Forum, the association "Open Law, Open Law" was launched in October 2014.
On the occasion of the Dila award ceremony, in the presence of Mr. Thierry Mandon Secretary of State for State Reform and Simplification, with the Prime Minister, the community has gathered during various co-creation events. Successful and unprecedented, this collaboration between the public and private sector has enabled 17 projects for the said price.
The association launched, is intended to promote, defend, arouse and carry out actions promoting the opening and interoperability of legal data in a collaborative framework. Le numérique au service du droit, le droit au service du numérique
Développé dans le cadre de l’ouverture des données juridiques françaises, en partenariat avec la DILA, la mission ETALAB, le NUMA et l’OPEN WORLD FORUM, l’association “Open Law, le droit ouvert” fut lancé en octobre 2014.
A l’occasion de la remise du prix de la DILA, en présence M. Thierry Mandon Secrétaire d’Etat à la Réforme de l’Etat et à la Simplification, auprès du Premier ministre, la communauté s’est regroupée au cours de différents évènements de co-création. Réussie et inédite, cette collaboration entre le secteur public et privé a permis le dépôt de 17 projets pour ledit prix.
L’association lancée, se donne pour objet de promouvoir, défendre, susciter et réaliser des actions favorisant l’ouverture et l’interopérabilité des données juridiques dans un cadre collaboratif. “Open Law, le droit ouvert”, met en place des programmes de co-création, accompagne l’ouverture des données juridiques et stimule l’innovation créative. Ceci à travers une communauté que l’association consolide et anime.
