Le programme Solidarité-Eau (pS-Eau) est un réseau multi-acteurs français qui s’engage pour garantir l’accès de tous à l’eau et à l’assainissement, et la gestion durable des ressources en eau (cibles de l’ODD 6) dans les pays en développement. Privilégiant le soutien aux acteurs locaux, il permet les échanges et organise la concertation entre les acteurs de la coopération décentralisée et non gouvernementale depuis plus de 30 ans.
Présent en France et à l’étranger avec des points focaux dans les pays de concentration de l’aide française, il produit de la connaissance, accompagne les initiatives locales et promeut la solidarité pour l’eau et l’assainissement. Ses activités, animées par une équipe aux compétences multiples, visent à augmenter le nombre et la qualité des actions de coopération décentralisée et non gouvernementale pour l’eau et l’assainissement.
Il est soutenu par l’Agence française de développement, le ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères, l’Agence française pour la biodiversité, les agences de l’eau et de nombreuses collectivités territoriales françaises.
