The main mission of the Corsican Incubator is to provide project leaders with the skills and tools essential to the success and growth of an innovative company: coaching, technical and economic expertise, feasibility studies, IP advice, access to a large network of skills, hosting innovative project leaders on two sites in Ajaccio and Bastia, etc.
In addition to incubating innovative projects, whether or not they are linked to public research, INIZIÀ also carries out awareness-raising missions on entrepreneurship and innovation in higher education, and to animate the regional innovation ecosystem.
The incubator thus makes an important contribution to the innovation policy implemented on the island territory.
A territorial incubator, INIZIÀ is financially supported by the Territorial Collectivity of Corsica, the State (Ministry of Higher Education and Research) and the European Union, as well as by its founding members including the University of Corsica, the Urban Communities of Ajaccio and Bastia and the CCIs.

La mission principale de l’Incubateur de Corse est de mettre à disposition de porteurs de projet les compétences et les outils indispensables au succès et à la croissance d’une entreprise innovante : coaching, expertise technico-économique, études de faisabilité, conseils en P.I., accès à un large réseau de compétences, hébergement de porteurs de projet innovants sur deux sites à Ajaccio et à Bastia, ...
En dehors de l’incubation de projets innovants, liés ou non à la recherche publique, INIZIÀ porte également des missions de sensibilisation à l’entrepreneuriat et à l’innovation dans l’enseignement supérieur , d’animation de l’écosystème régional de l’innovation.
L’incubateur apporte ainsi une contribution importante à la politique de l’innovation mise en œuvre sur le territoire insulaire.
Incubateur territorial, INIZIÀ est soutenu financièrement par la Collectivité Territoriale de Corse, l’Etat (Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche) et l’Union Européenne, ainsi que par ses membres fondateurs parmi lesquels l’Université de Corse, les Communautés d’agglomération d’Ajaccio et de Bastia et les CCI.
