Founded by Aurélie Salvaire, an alumna of HEC Paris Business School with 15 years of humanitarian and development experience, Shiftbalance brings an extensive blend of expertise and agility to our clients. We work with a broad spectrum of organizations, including UN agencies, humanitarian INGOs, and private companies, delivering bespoke solutions that cater to specific needs and contexts.
