L'Atelier Franck Boutté associe ingénieurs, architectes et urbanistes, formés aux questions environnementales, à la maîtrise des ambiances, du confort et du développement durable. Dans un parcours allant du général au particulier, l’approche développée au sein de l’agence revendique l’examen attentif des spécificités contextuelles à toutes les échelles pour proposer une réponse endogène, qui ne saurait se contenter du seul aspect énergétique ou de la seule échelle bâtimentaire.
